Did you know:

• The provincial government doesn’t build enough schools?
• The BBY School District is forced to build portables?
• Every portable costs $300 – $500k?
• That money comes out of the BBY School District’s operational budget?
• That budget is meant to fund education, not buildings?
• The BBY School District funds are depleted?
• We may lose our daytime custodian due to lack of funds?

I know what you’re thinking. We don’t have portables at Brantford, so we don’t have to worry it. The reality is that it’s only a matter of time. This is just one of the concerns our children face in the years to come.
