Get those smiles ready because Family Photo Night is coming on Monday, October 27th! Whether it’s your annual portrait, a holiday card photo, or just a beautiful family keepsake for your first year at Brantford, this is your chance to capture it all in a professional mini session right at the school.

the scoop:

Our photographer, Derek Stevens, will be set up and ready to go starting at 4:00pm, with sessions starting every 15 minutes until 7:45pm (additional times may open if demand is high, which it usually is). These sessions are quick, but relaxed and perfect for children in a format that delivers incredible results. Just ask a family who booked with Derek last year and you’ll know that the images are crisp, bright, and full of personality.

What’s included:

The $35 sitting fee per family includes one digital photo download (a $22 value).

Or you can use that $22 toward the full digital gallery of 70+ photos for $115.

Enjoy a crisp, clean white backdrop for a timeless and polished look.

Optional festive touches: Santa hats and holiday headbands provided, or bring your own flair.

A FUN WAY TO GIVE BACK:

The $35 sitting fee for each mini session goes directly to your PAC to support programs and activities that benefit all students at the school. Every family also receives one digital photo valued at $22, so you get something special just for participating. Derek is known for making each session fun and professional, and families have the option to purchase the full gallery of photos if they wish. This way, everyone wins: families enjoy beautiful photos and the school receives much-needed support at the same time.

Fast turnaround:

Digital galleries are delivered within 48 hours of ordering, giving you plenty of time for card-making, gifts, and memory sharing.

Payment details:

Payment must be sent within 24 hours of booking by e-transfer to brantfordpac@gmail.com.

Include the name you used in the form within your e-transfer message.

Please note that unpaid spots won’t be held, and bookings are non-refundable, so double-check your calendar before you grab your slot.

Location:

The mini sessions will take place in the school library, which can be reached by entering through the main front doors, turning left, and continuing down the hallway until you see the library entrance on the left.

These sessions always fill up fast, and there’s only one evening to make it happen, so grab your preferred time before someone else clicks first!
