If your child will be late or absent, please call the school at 604-296-9002 or email the school to report the absence. Include the following details:

1. Your child’s full first and last name
2. Their teacher and division
3. Whether they are late or absent. Include the anticipated arrival time if late

All late students must check in at the office upon arrival.

If the school does not hear from you, they will contact you to confirm your child’s safety.

If your child is absent but has a hot lunch order that you would like to pick up, please fill out the form below before 11:30am on the hot lunch date. The following options are available:

• Pick up the lunch between 12:30-12:45pm
• Pass it on to another student
• Donate it

If you don’t fill out a form, the lunch will be donated.
